自古，茶就是我国的一大标志。茶分很多种，我印象较深的有龙井茶、黑茶、普洱茶和铁观音。其实我不大懂茶，更不知道什么茶经、茶道，从无两腋之下习习生风的经验。

爸爸很喜欢品茶，家里也有三、四套茶具，通常晚上八、九点一家三口坐在一起品茶。大多时候都是爸爸在讲他的“人无贵贱，谁都有分，上焉者细啜各种，下焉者牛饮茶汤。茶是开门七件事之一，乃人生必需品……”而我只是把这些大道理听一点记一点，从未认真思考过。

今天，领悟到洱海的苍茫，云朵的缭绕后，便去了白族那儿品了三道茶。

茶，最喜欢的还是龙井。这龙井茶还是再游西湖的时候品尝的，开水现冲，风味绝佳。更有名人说过，龙井过后进藕粉一碗，四美具矣。有“穿牖而来，夏日清风冬日日;卷帘相见，前山明月后山山”之感。

而今天所品的三道茶，不同以往自己所喝的。这三道分别是“苦茶、甜茶、回味。”就是俗话说的“一苦二甜三回味。”这当中有自己爱喝的，也有只喝了一口的。苦茶喝起来确实如它的名字般很苦，印象中的黑茶也是这般苦，但二者喝起来还是有区别的。最后一道“回味”，只喝了一口，便放下茶杯，不再拿起。也说不上来，哪里不喜欢，只是不惯那味道。

古代也有很多文人墨客爱喝茶，也留下了很多有关茶的名句，唐代诗人郑愚的“茶诗”将品茶的过程描写的唯美、富有意境。那句“惟忧碧粉散，尝见绿生花。”更是诗中的妙处。还有唐代钱起的那句“尘心洗尽心难尽，一树蝉声片影斜。”让我受益很深。

Tea is one of the seven things that open the door, and it is a necessity in life…” But I just listened to and memorized these principles, and never seriously thought about them.

Today, after realizing the vastness of the Erhai Lake and the lingering clouds, I went to the Bai ethnic group to taste three courses of tea.

Tea, my favorite is Longjing. This Longjing tea was tasted during a trip to West Lake. The water is instant and the flavor is excellent. Some celebrities have said that after the Longjing Festival, adding a bowl of lotus root powder will bring four beauties. There is a feeling of ‘coming through the window, summer breeze, winter day; rolling up the curtains to meet, the moon shining in front of the mountain and the mountains behind’.

And the three courses of tea I tasted today are different from what I used to drink. These three dishes are “bitter tea, sweet tea, and aftertaste.” As the saying goes, “one bitter tea, two sweet tea, and three aftertastes.” Among them, there are some that you love to drink, and some that only take a sip. Bitter tea does indeed taste as bitter as its name suggests, and black tea in my impression is also as bitter, but there are still differences in the taste between the two. The last ‘aftertaste’, after just one sip, he put down the teacup and didn’t pick it up anymore. I can’t say why I don’t like it, but I’m not used to the taste.

In ancient times, there were also many literati who loved to drink tea and left behind many famous lines about tea. The Tang Dynasty poet Zheng Yu’s “tea poetry” described the process of tea tasting as beautiful and full of artistic conception. The sentence ‘Only worry about the scattered blue powder, taste the green flowers.’ is even the beauty of the poem. There is also the sentence from Qian Qi of the Tang Dynasty, “It is difficult to wash one’s heart to the fullest, and the sound of cicadas on a tree is oblique.” It has greatly benefited me.

Tea floats in the heart, and when tasting tea, one can slowly calm their own heart, no longer restless, just like the palindrome poem on a set of tea sets at home: it can clear the heart, also can clear the heart, can also clear the heart, can also clear the heart, can also be used to clear the heart.
